Warranty PolicyWe place a high value on the satisfaction of our fishing friends and the fishing performance of our rods. Our warranty policy is a trust relationship. If you have a Carbon X™ rod that you feel has a defect in workmanship or materials or a warranty related failure you may ship the rod to us and we will inspect, repair, or replace the rod as is appropriate. Ship the rod to us with a note describing what is wrong with the rod and how the problem occurred. Include your return address, your phone number and email address with the rod. If you have a rod that shows splintered ends it has sustained damage prior to breaking and may not be covered by warranty. Ship your rod to us and please put attn: Warranty on the ship label.
